Service Description

MAP Group Sessions are extremely powerful as the energy of the group supports and lifts up the energy of the participants. This rewiring your brain MAP group session will support you to neutralize negative memories, feelings, emotions, and negative beliefs regarding yourself, others, and the world as you go over your week. 60 - 75 minutes You will be able to shift your perception, you will feel more peaceful, confident, and self-empowered, and able to make better decisions. If you never had a MAP session before, please let me know and receive instructions and materials for the introduction to the MAP Method. Sessions' topics: Decrease anxiety, fears, and feeling overwhelmed in your day-to-day life, Improve your family life, reduce communication barriers, and increase harmony, understanding, and compassion, Decrease anger, frustration, and irritation in your day-to-day life. You can always work on your individual topic as well. You can schedule your sessions on Mondays or Wednesdays. When you book your package the first session will be automatically scheduled on Wednesday. Please, let me know if you prefer Monday 3pm HST. After that you will receive a link to schedule your sessions and are free to choose the day. The price for a single group session is $39. Receive 10 sessions for $360.

Cancellation Policy

Full Payment is due for each service. Since time has been especially reserved for me, I understand a 24- hour cancellation notice is expected and missed appointments may be charged.
